Younger adults are more frequently having memory and concentration issues

Memory troubles and other cognitive issues are on the rise among young adults in the United States, a new study suggests. The percentage of adults under 40 who report having serious struggles with concentration, memory and decision making due to physical, mental or emotional conditions nearly doubled from 2013 to 2023.
