Independence Blue Cross is looking to recognize six extraordinary teachers in the Philadelphia region. The educators named to the IBX Honor Roll will receive a VIP package from the Phillies, including an on-field experience and recognition at a baseball game at Citizens Bank Park. Nominations can be made through April 13.
