New PBS Kids show ‘Carl the Collector’ puts characters with autism at forefront

'Carl the Collector,' a new animated children's show on PBS Kids, features central characters on the autism spectrum. The show, which premieres Thursday, Nov. 14, was created by a team that includes neurodiverse writers, production staffers, animators, advisors and voice actors.
