Willow Grove Park mall visitors under 18 now require a parent or guardian during certain hours

The Willow Grove Park mall enacted a policy prohibiting minors from entering the shopping center without a parent or guardian after 5 p.m. from Monday to Saturday and after 3 p.m. on Sundays. The rule, in effect starting Oct. 1, is in response to concerns about large gatherings of teens in the mall. Young workers must receive authorized access from their employers to enter the mall during their shifts.
